FAQ

Am I fit enough for the trip?

All our trips can be filled in to your own fitness and experience, we offer a guide filled with 10 routes around Ghent which you can ride. Going from 40km to 165 km.

If you choose to join us on a day-tour and book a package (we strongly recommend this) these are all easy going, except for the Tour of Flanders which is a bit longer. But there's always a car with room for you if your legs fill up.

How does payment work?

We ask all customers to pay a deposit (usually 30% of the full price) when they book, which confirms their reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure – we’ll get in touch to remind you when it’s time. If you book less than 60 days before departure, we will ask you to pay the full price upfront.

What service can riders expect on the road?

When you’re riding you’ll always have at least one ride guide on the road with the group. There will also be a mechanic with a full tool kit and spare parts in the support car behind the group. Your guides will not only lead the way but also tell you something about the surrounding areas. Besides this we also have a team providing you with food and drinks on the route. They’ll do everything they can to keep you and your bike on the road but, if for any reason you can’t make it to the end, they’ll always make sure there’s a seat in a vehicle so you get safely home.

Are their any non-riding activities, or what do we do when it rains?

Besides our riding activities we also offer a guided tour trough Ghent, a shopping experience and a tour in Bruges which we can either do by car or bike. Besides this we also plan our activities in the beginning of your trip according to weather and possibilities of the week. For non-riders Ghent offers plenty of experiences!
